This mattress is on the softer side. Due to the thick Cloud top (pillow top) it will make the mattress have a spongier, softer feel.

This is the extra cushion on top of the mattress (pillow top). There are layers of extra padding inside that make the top of the mattress much comfier than a standard mattress.
