Domino's Conforma Coil with 5 Support Zones provides extra support to the upper and lower body which assists with spinal alignment. In addition to extra support, the conforma coils are all independent which almost eliminates partner disturbance.
Gel Infused memory foam is a fairly recent advent that actually infuses a cooling gel into the memory foam. This has a cooling effect in the pillow top.
