Title: Excellent to deal with and possessing good product knowledge

I proceeded with my purchase today due to the customer service I received during my phone call with Aaron (on 02 4620 9296). He was a excellent to deal with and possessing good product knowledge, was helpful in succinctly answering all my queries. I was going to purchase a similar product with another outfit but was getting frustrated with the online chat dropping out and then not being able to speak to someone on the phone. Perhaps, even more so in these odd times, it is reassuring to be able to speak to a capable sales person on the phone. I think some companies underestimate how a positive one on one experience can instill confidence in their brand and their products.
