No hard selling which means you're free to look around quite comfortably.
Matt was so patient with me when it came to trying to choose a fabric.
Delivery was just shy of 6 weeks. Which was awesome. The delivery staff were prompt and polite.
The price was very good. The quality is also very good.

My wife and I visited the SFF warehouse in Campbelltown, (a long way from our home in the Eastern Suburbs), having found it online, spoke to the owner, Rob, who was very professional and attentive, and we bought a home theatre lounge from him. It was delivered promptly as promised, assembled, and all packaging removed.
